About this role

Trend Micro is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our CISO Office. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing secure development and operational practices across the organization, focusing on enhancing DevSecOps workflows and strengthening software supply chain security. This role involves automating security controls and fostering a collaborative environment to embed security throughout the application lifecycle.

What we are looking for

Lead DevSecOps standards, secure development workflows, and CI/CD security policies
Develop internal tooling for observability, auditability, and operational resilience
Drive cross-team collaboration and enablement of secure engineering practices
3+ years of experience in software development with Python or scripting languages
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC
Experience with CI/CD systems
