Senior Security Engineer- Threat Engineering Detection Team

Truist is seeking a Senior Threat Detection Engineer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade detection capabilities. This role involves hands-on expertise with Anvilogic, Splunk, and Snowflake for detection engineering, data pipelines, and advanced analytics within a highly regulated industry.

• Design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade detection capabilities
• Hands-on expertise with Anvilogic, Splunk, and Snowflake
• Author SPL-based detections and SQL-based queries
• Map detections to the MITRE ATT&CK framework
• Engineer detection solutions with compliance in mind
• Collaborate with SOC, IR, and Data Engineering teams
