Lead Engineer, Physical Security Technology & Modern Endpoint Platforms

Lead the strategy, architecture, and lifecycle management of enterprise physical security technologies, including access control and video surveillance. You will also provide technical leadership for modern endpoint and mobility platforms, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity requirements.

• Lead architecture, strategy, governance, and lifecycle management of physical security technology platforms
• Design, implement, and support access control, video surveillance, visitor management, badging, and alarm systems
• Develop and maintain technology standards, reference architectures, and operational procedures
• Partner with Corporate Security, Facilities, and operational stakeholders to align technology roadmaps
• Ensure physical security solutions comply with enterprise security policies and regulatory requirements
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineers and support teams
