AI Security Engineer Lead

Lead the engineering of security controls for AI agents, ensuring their secure development and operation from inception. You will design reusable security patterns, build and operate enforcement controls, and partner with AI and development teams to make secure practices the easiest path forward. This hands-on builder role requires expertise in securing AI workloads within Microsoft Azure, particularly Azure API Management and Microsoft Foundry.

• Lead AI security engineering for agentic AI systems
• Design and build security controls for AI agent harnesses and gateways
• Secure AI workloads in Microsoft Azure, including Microsoft Foundry and APIM
• Develop patterns for prompt injection, data leakage, and model compromise
• Implement identity and access controls for agents and APIs
• Validate control effectiveness through testing and monitoring
