Security Web Application Firewall (WAF) Engineer

DXC Technology is seeking a Firewall Security Engineer in Mexico City to design, implement, and optimize firewall and network security solutions. This role involves hands-on expertise with next-generation firewalls, zero-trust architectures, microsegmentation, and web application security, requiring fluency in English and Spanish.

• Administer Web Application Firewalls (WAF) like Cloudflare, Imperva, F5
• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise firewall infrastructures (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point)
• Implement and manage microsegmentation solutions (Akamai Guardicore)
• Support Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and secure remote access
• Monitor firewall performance, security events, and respond to incidents
• Collaborate with global teams and communicate fluently in English and Spanish
