• Lead technical activities for competitive proposals
• Formulate and execute long-term program portfolio strategy
• Ensure consistent technical approach across task orders
• Serve as deputy technical lead on existing task orders
• Proficient C programming skills
• Strong knowledge of Offensive Cyber techniques
