Sr IS Security Systems Engineer

Ochsner Health is seeking a Senior IS Security Systems Engineer to build and manage security services across various operational areas. This role involves partnering with teams to implement security solutions, protect data, and ensure governance practices are followed. You will be a key player in maintaining a secure and robust IT infrastructure.

• Hands-on experience with security infrastructure (firewalls, IPS, WAF, endpoint protection, SIEM)
• Full stack IT infrastructure knowledge
• Experience with regulations and frameworks like HIPAA, PCI, NIST
• Ability to translate complex security concepts into business terms
• Participate in security incident response and develop security roadmaps
• Determine baseline security configuration standards
