Director, Security Engineering (Application & Cloud Security)

Uniphore is seeking a Director of Security Engineering to lead application and cloud security for our AI platform. This hands-on leadership role involves building and managing a distributed engineering team, defining security roadmaps for AI products, and ensuring the security of our cloud infrastructure. You will be instrumental in securing agentic AI systems and embedding security into our development lifecycle.

• Own multi-year security roadmap for AI products and agentic AI systems
• Define and drive runtime security controls for emerging AI threats
• Own cloud security standards across AWS, GCP, and Azure
• Build and lead a continuous AI red-team program
• Establish automated security toolchain integrated into CI/CD
• Lead a distributed security engineering team
