Security Service Technician

Johnson Controls is seeking a Security Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain security systems including alarms, CCTV, and access control. This role involves independent work from a remote location, advising customers on system status, and providing solutions to ensure facility efficiency. The position requires a strong electrical/electronic background and experience with security equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair security systems (alarms, CCTV, access control)
• Advise customers on system status and provide solutions
• Work independently from a remote location
• Minimum 3 years of experience with security systems
• Electrical/Electronic background required
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background screen
