Director - Infrastructure Security Engineering

Lead infrastructure security engineering for a global pharmaceutical company, focusing on operational technology, device protection, email, and network defense. You will set the vision, drive delivery of security capabilities at scale, and collaborate with various teams to reduce risk and speed up business operations.

• Define strategy, operating model, roadmap, and governance for endpoint, email, and network protection
• Lead build, implementation, testing, operation, and improvement of security solutions
• Drive OT security engineering, EDR/XDR, SIEM/SOAR, firewalls, and network segmentation
• Promote automation for scalability, consistency, and efficiency of security engineering
• Lead and develop a distributed team of security engineers
• Translate threats and vulnerabilities into prioritized engineering backlogs
