Security Engineer (Data Engineering/ Protection)

As a Security Engineer, you will be a technical expert responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-level data protection solutions. You will integrate these solutions with various applications, ensuring sensitive data is secured through methods like tokenization, masking, and encryption. This role involves close collaboration with application teams, architects, and cybersecurity leaders to establish best-in-class data protection controls and mentor junior engineers.

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise data protection solutions using Protegrity
• Integrate Protegrity with new and existing applications, databases, and data pipelines
• Develop, test, and optimize data protection policies and workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to data protection platforms
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure secure data handling
• Mentor and train junior engineers on secure data practices
