Security Automation & AI Engineer

Novanta is seeking a Security Automation & AI Engineer to design and implement automated workflows and AI-driven solutions for global security operations. This role involves developing SOAR playbooks, detection-as-code pipelines, and intelligent automation to improve threat detection and incident response. You will also integrate security automation into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with R&D and IT teams.

• Design and maintain security automation workflows and SOAR playbooks
• Build and maintain detection-as-code pipelines
• Develop AI-assisted investigation tools and scripts
• Automate vulnerability management workflows
• Embed automated security checks into CI/CD pipelines
• Build and maintain API-level integrations between security tools
