About this role

AlphaSense is seeking a Senior Application Security Engineer to join their Product Security team. This role focuses on building and enhancing the application security program for a high-velocity SaaS engineering organization, with a strong emphasis on securing AI-augmented development processes. You will own the code and pull-request enforcement layer, ensuring the security of code written by both humans and AI agents.

What we are looking for

Own and tune SAST, SCA, secrets-detection, and SBOM pipelines
Design and implement security gates for AI-authored code
Review human and AI-authored pull requests
Secure AI-assisted development tools and processes
Develop AI-Assisted Development Security policy
Threat model new AI features and architectures
