Lead Security Engineer

Lead American Oncology Network's enterprise security program, overseeing tools, monitoring, incident response, and managed security partners. You will guide a team of security professionals, enhance the protection of patient data and clinical operations, and implement consistent security practices across a distributed healthcare network.

• Hands-on technical leadership for security tools (SIEM/SOAR, EPP, PAM)
• Manage security configurations in M365, Azure, and cloud environments
• Lead threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management
• Strengthen identity and access security controls
• Oversee managed security service providers
• Mentor and develop a team of security staff
