About this role

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Manager for its AI Red Team to conduct adversarial testing on AI systems. This role focuses on identifying vulnerabilities in AI models, applications, and infrastructure against misuse and emerging attack techniques like prompt injection and data poisoning. You will design and execute red team engagements, develop testing methodologies and tooling, and collaborate with AI governance and development teams to ensure AI deployments are secure.

What we are looking for

Plan and execute adversarial testing engagements against AI models and LLM-based applications
Test for AI-specific vulnerabilities including prompt injection, jailbreaking, and data poisoning
Develop and maintain AI red team methodologies, playbooks, and testing frameworks
Build and maintain custom tooling, scripts, and automation for AI adversarial testing
Assess the effectiveness of AI security controls and recommend mitigations
Produce clear, actionable adversarial testing reports for technical and executive audiences
