Senior Security Managed Services Engineer

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Security Managed Services Engineer to ensure the operational integrity of client security infrastructures. You will proactively monitor, investigate, and resolve security incidents, manage work queues, and provide second-level support to clients and internal teams.

• Ensure client security infrastructures remain operational
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve technical incidents
• Handle client requests and tickets within SLA
• Manage work queues and perform operational tasks
• Provide second-level support and communicate with teams/clients
• Audit incident tickets and recommend improvements
