Staff DevSecOps Engineer - Product Security

Cloudera is seeking a Staff DevSecOps Engineer to build and lead the adoption of advanced security practices within our product development lifecycle. You will engineer, deploy, and operationalize our internal security platform, providing self-service tools to enable product teams to build and deploy securely by default. This role is crucial for shifting security left, reducing toil, and ensuring security by design across our multi-cloud and on-prem environments.

• Design, develop, and deploy self-service security tools and services
• Lead complex security projects with end-to-end ownership
• Automate and integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines
• Lead architecture and deployment of secure multi-cloud environments
• Perform security architecture reviews and develop threat models
• Evangelize security platform tooling and deliver DevSecOps training
