Detection Engineer - Cloud Security

Design and implement advanced cloud threat detections to protect global payment platforms. You will work at the intersection of security engineering and cloud technology, creating solutions to enhance visibility, resilience, and response capabilities. This role offers the chance to influence security strategy and collaborate with global teams.

• Develop and deliver scalable cloud threat detections for AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Implement detection-as-code methodologies using Git and CI/CD
• Enhance threat visibility and reduce false positives with correlation logic
• Collaborate with security operations teams to improve response readiness
• Translate threat intelligence and MITRE ATT&CK into effective detections
• Utilize SIEM platforms like Splunk and KQL for detection logic development
