Cyber Security/Information Assurance Engineer

As a Cyber Security/Information Assurance Engineer, you will assess the security controls of complex information systems to ensure compliance with NIST standards and government regulations. You will conduct hands-on testing, analyze evidence, document risks, and recommend countermeasures to protect national security information. This role requires a strong understanding of security frameworks and a keen eye for detail in identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities.

• Conduct security control assessments following NIST SP 800-53/53A guidance
• Perform hands-on security control testing and analyze Body of Evidence
• Document risks and recommend corrective actions for identified vulnerabilities
• Utilize Xacta-360 for assessment tracking
• Evaluate systems against RMF and other security standards
• Possess TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance

• Requires a Ts Sci security clearance.
