Cybersecurity Engineer

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to design, implement, and automate advanced security controls. You will drive key programs like SOC, Network Security, Cloud Security, and Data Loss Prevention, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of our critical assets. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

• Design, implement, and automate security controls
• Drive SOC, Network Security, Cloud Security, and DLP programs
• Experience with Zero Trust, SSE platforms, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS)
• Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, and security automation (SOAR, CI/CD, IaC)
• Hands-on experience with IAM/PIM solutions and SIEM platforms
• 2-4+ years in security engineering and 1+ year in software engineering
