Sr Analyst, Security

As a Sr Analyst, Security at RTX, you will administer security procedures for classified programs, ensuring compliance with national and defense regulations. You will develop local security policies, support the handling of classified materials, and provide oversight to subcontractors. This role requires an active Secret security clearance and involves maintaining secure facilities and investigating security infractions.

• Administer security procedures (NISPOM, DoDM, ICD, JSIG) for classified environments
• Develop and implement local Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and OPSEC Plans
• Support testing, shipment, and storage of classified materials
• Provide security oversight to subcontractors and suppliers
• Maintain secure facilities and conduct internal reviews/inspections
• Investigate security infractions and prepare risk assessment reports
