About this role
As a Security Managed Services Engineer (L4) at NTT DATA, you will manage and resolve escalated technical security incidents, ensuring client infrastructure remains operational and meets service level agreements. You will proactively investigate and address security issues, implement new security technologies, and contribute to documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
What we are looking for
6- Manage and resolve escalated technical security incidents
- Implement new cyber security technologies and solutions
- Monitor security events and respond to incidents
- Experience with Palo Alto, Bluecoat, F5, ASA VPN, or Splunk
- Proficiency in firewall management, intrusion detection, and web application security
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
