About this role

KBR is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Cybersecurity Engineer to join their National Security Solutions team. This role focuses on embedding cybersecurity practices within Agile and DevSecOps development teams to ensure secure delivery of capabilities for government production environments. You will be responsible for RMF implementation, vulnerability management, and secure deployment methodologies.

What we are looking for

Serve as primary cybersecurity engineering lead for DevSecOps software delivery
Provide cybersecurity guidance throughout the software development lifecycle
Evaluate system architectures for compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements
Assess and remediate Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs)
Support Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities
Ensure secure software release processes into IL5 and IL6 production environments

Requires a Secret security clearance.
