Cybersecurity Engineer – SIEM / Splunk

Electrosoft is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer with expertise in SIEM and Splunk to support a large-scale DoD cybersecurity environment. You will be responsible for the architecture, engineering, administration, and development of Splunk Core and Splunk Enterprise Security to enhance situational awareness and integrate security data.

• Provide architecture, engineering, administration, and sustainment support for Splunk Core and Splunk Enterprise Security
• Develop and implement SIEM use cases to improve cybersecurity situational awareness
• Develop customized dashboards, reports, and correlation rules
• Analyze threat information from various cybersecurity sources
• Perform event analysis and tuning to reduce false positives
• Conduct research and market analysis of emerging cybersecurity and SIEM technologies
