SRS Distribution is seeking a Cybersecurity Staff Engineer to lead the design and implementation of data protection solutions. You will be responsible for encryption, certificate lifecycle management, DLP, and secure document handling, ensuring alignment with compliance and business objectives. This role requires deep technical expertise and the ability to mentor others while driving strategic data protection initiatives.
What we are looking for
6- Lead design and implementation of enterprise data protection capabilities
- Drive PKI & Certificate Management and TLS 1.3 roadmap
- Develop and execute secure document retention and shredding policies
- Integrate Zscaler DLP and other data protection tools
- Provide technical mentorship and contribute to program strategy
- 8+ years cybersecurity experience with 5+ years in data protection
