Sr Systems Engineer - IAM

Lead the design, delivery, and operational health of Early Warning's Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform, specifically Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud. This hands-on role involves architecting access models, automating identity lifecycles, and ensuring compliance within a regulated financial technology environment.

• Own architecture, configuration, and operations of Saviynt EIC platform
• Build and manage integrations across directories, cloud platforms, and applications
• Design and maintain identity governance controls including SoD and RBAC/ABAC
• Automate identity lifecycle management for joiners, movers, and leavers
• Partner with audit, risk, and compliance for regulatory frameworks
• Mentor junior systems engineers and contribute to IAM roadmap strategy
