Lead / Senior Offensive Security Engineer (Offsec AI Team)

Lead the design and build of agent-based automation for Salesforce's offensive security team in Tel Aviv. You will develop production-grade systems that reason over complex data and act safely in real environments, pushing the boundaries of AI development tools.

• Lead design, build, and maintenance of agent-based automation workflows
• Own core system components including agent logic and orchestration
• Push boundaries of AI development tools for secure, production-grade code
• Build observability, logging, and debugging into AI-assisted systems
• 7.5+ years of software engineering experience with AI/automation focus
• Experience leading delivery of production-grade systems
