Electronic Security Designer

As an Electronic Security Designer, you will support the development of risk-based security strategies and design electronic security systems for buildings and campuses. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems with architectural and operational elements.

• Support design and planning for access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems
• Assist with technology selection, design, and integration of security measures
• Prepare diagrams, technical narratives, and design documentation
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and IT specialists
• Participate in on-site assessments and field surveys
• Develop foundational knowledge of cabling, power, and networks for security systems
