About this role
As a Senior Security Engineer, AI Security, you will be a hands-on technical expert responsible for building and enhancing our AI Security Program. You will partner with various teams to ensure AI technologies are deployed securely and responsibly, establishing guardrails, monitoring risks, and implementing technical controls for platforms like Claude and AI coding assistants.
What we are looking for
6- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the enterprise AI Security Program
- Develop and operationalize AI security standards, control frameworks, and governance processes
- Serve as the lead security engineer for enterprise AI platforms including Claude and AI coding assistants
- Design and implement security controls for AI ecosystems, mitigating risks like prompt injection and data exposure
- Develop security automation and policy-as-code capabilities for scalable AI security operations
- Partner with Data Protection, Privacy, and Compliance teams to ensure secure data use in AI platforms
