Senior Director, Cybersecurity Engineering

Lead the development and execution of Banner Health's cybersecurity engineering strategy, focusing on Zero Trust architecture, network security, identity and access management, cloud security, and data protection. You will partner with executive leadership to drive transformational security initiatives and establish a roadmap for enterprise-wide security maturity.

• Develop and execute comprehensive Zero Trust strategy
• Design and implement micro-segmentation and ZTNA solutions
• Establish identity-centric security controls and adaptive authentication
• Develop data classification framework and protection controls
• Build and mentor high-performing security engineering teams
• Ensure Zero Trust implementation meets regulatory and compliance requirements
