Southern New Hampshire University seeks a Senior Security Engineer to implement and enhance our Microsoft security platforms, including Defender XDR, Entra ID, and Intune. This remote role focuses on translating security requirements into measurable controls, automating processes, and partnering with teams to protect our learners and employees. You will be instrumental in advancing our Zero Trust strategy across Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid environments.
What we are looking for 6
- Engineer and implement security controls across Microsoft Defender XDR, Entra ID, Intune, and Purview
- Develop security automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and REST APIs
- Integrate Microsoft security telemetry with SIEM, SOAR, and other platforms
- Provide security expertise for partner-owned Microsoft platforms
- Document implementations and provide control evidence for audits
- 7+ years of cybersecurity experience with 3+ years in recent Microsoft security platforms
