- Support and maintain customer network security environments (Fortinet/Palo Alto)
- Troubleshoot firewall, VPN, routing, and connectivity issues
- Perform configuration changes, upgrades, and maintenance
- Respond to operational incidents and P1/P2 issues
- Experience with Fortinet/Palo Alto firewalls and management platforms
- Strong networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills
