Principal Security Software Engineer

Lead the evolution of secure software development practices for HP Wolf Security, ensuring our products meet stringent cyber resilience standards. You will drive improvements in security-by-design, vulnerability management, and software assurance, collaborating across engineering, product security, and compliance teams to build trust and protect millions of users worldwide.

• Lead secure software development lifecycle improvements aligned with Cyber Resilience Act
• Integrate and optimize static analysis tools for development workflows
• Establish processes for vulnerability triage, management, and remediation measurement
• Promote security-by-design principles through threat modeling and design reviews
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship on complex security challenges
• Significant experience in building and securing production software, ideally in security or endpoint domains
