Manager, Security

Lead the enterprise service, support, and operational reliability of physical security systems across Gilead. This role manages a team of contract personnel and vendor resources, establishes service standards, and ensures consistent, secure operation of access control, video management, and other security technologies.

• Manage enterprise physical security systems operations and support
• Lead a team of contract personnel and vendor resources
• Develop and implement service level agreements and support standards
• Ensure operational reliability of access control, video, and intrusion detection systems
• Partner with Facilities, IT, and business stakeholders
• Manage security integrator performance and system documentation
