Alkami is seeking a Staff Security Engineer to design, implement, and evolve enterprise security technologies protecting our cloud infrastructure and business operations. You will tackle complex security challenges, establish scalable capabilities, and influence technical direction across engineering teams. This role requires significant independence to partner with leaders, mature security platforms, and enable secure innovation.

- Lead design and implementation of enterprise security platforms
- Architect and optimize security infrastructure (endpoint, secrets, vulnerability, identity)
- Lead complex security engineering initiatives and cross-functional remediation
- Design and implement security automation and orchestration
- Evaluate emerging security technologies and recommend adoption strategies
- Provide technical leadership during security incidents and mentor engineers
