Tenable Engineer - Secret | DC Metro

As a Tenable Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, deploying, and optimizing Tenable security capabilities across diverse enterprise environments. You will collaborate with various security and engineering teams to enhance threat detection, investigation, and response, translating complex detections into actionable security outcomes. This role requires a strong technical background in cybersecurity, with a focus on network detection, security monitoring, and tool integration.

• Design, deploy, and administer Tenable platform components in hybrid-cloud and on-premises environments
• Configure and tune Tenable detections, behavioral models, and response policies
• Lead implementation of Tenable capabilities for network, email, endpoint, cloud, and identity security
• Analyze security telemetry and alerts to identify malicious activity and tune detections
• Integrate Tenable with enterprise security technologies like SIEM, SOAR, and EDR/XDR
• Active Secret clearance required
