Lead Security Engineer

Join Qualys as a Lead Security Engineer on our Vulnerability Research Development team. You will research, develop, and deliver detection signatures for our vulnerability scanning products, working with emerging technologies and zero-day threats. This role offers the chance to drive technical direction and collaborate with a motivated team in the rapidly expanding field of computer security.

• Research vulnerabilities in applications, operating systems, and network protocols
• Develop and maintain high-quality detection signatures for known and zero-day threats
• Drive technical direction and prioritization for detection development
• Collaborate with security researchers, product teams, and QA engineers
• Analyze proofs-of-concept and exploits to create accurate signatures
• 7+ years of industry experience in network and systems security
