Mission Protection Engineer

KBR is seeking a Mission Protection Engineer in Colorado Springs to support space operations and test missions. You will analyze threats, monitor space assets, and protect sensitive mission aspects by analyzing intelligence data and developing mitigation procedures. This role involves using orbital analysis tools for pre/post mission assessments and coordinating signature measurement campaigns.

• Identify evolving threats to space-based capabilities
• Analyze denial/deception and perception management techniques
• Monitor foreign and domestic space assets for domain awareness
• Protect sensitive mission aspects through intelligence analysis
• Develop and implement procedures to mitigate mission compromise
• Utilize Satellite Tool Kit (STK) for orbital analysis and scenario creation
