Security Engineering Manager

As a Security Engineering Manager, you will lead the execution of security initiatives to protect our systems and data. You will be a seasoned generalist, adapting quickly to new challenges and collaborating with IT, engineering, and risk teams to enhance our security posture. A key part of this role involves leading the practical application of AI to security use cases within a product delivery model, treating security capabilities as iterative products.

• Lead security project implementation and tooling configuration
• Evaluate and enhance existing security controls and policies
• Perform risk assessments and provide technical security consultancy
• Drive AI/ML use cases for improved security outcomes
• Own AI-enabled security capabilities as products with roadmaps
• Integrate security into DevOps and application lifecycles
