Identity Provider Operations Engineer

Maintain and operate enterprise identity and access management systems, including authentication and federation services, to support Zero Trust initiatives. You will troubleshoot issues, ensure system reliability and security, and collaborate with various teams to manage user lifecycles and apply updates.

• Administer and maintain identity platforms (PingFederate, Okta, Entra ID)
• Troubleshoot authentication and federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
• Use scripting/automation languages (Java, Python, JavaScript) for operational tasks
• Support integrations with Active Directory/LDAP
• Knowledge of Zero Trust, MFA, and password-less authentication
• Requires Top Secret clearance
