Application Security Engineer II

Mintel is seeking an Application Security Engineer to join their Information Security team in Kuala Lumpur. This role focuses on enhancing the security of the software development lifecycle by collaborating with engineering teams to identify and mitigate risks. You will manage security triage workflows, respond to alerts, operate security controls, and contribute to security improvement projects.

• Own security triage workflow end-to-end
• Investigate and respond to security alerts and incidents
• Operate and improve security controls within the Microsoft security ecosystem
• Coordinate remediation activities with wider IT teams
• Contribute to security improvement projects
• Ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in security operations
