About this role

CACI is seeking a Cloud Cyber Engineer to join their Makalu contract team. This role involves supporting an agile software development team by ensuring system security, reviewing changes, managing risk, and implementing cyber hardening and response plans. You will research, design, and implement security features, and guide software engineers on zero trust architecture.

Review audit logs and create mitigation plans
Use forensic tools for attack reconstruction and vulnerability correction
Work with development teams on data connections and firewall requests
Apply cloud, network, and security best practices
Implement and improve DevSecOps processes in Linux/Cloud environments
Architect security infrastructure to protect against cyber attacks

Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
Requires a Ts Sci security clearance.
