About this role

Lead Qualia's Application Security team as an Engineering Manager, focusing on redesigning AppSec functions with AI-assisted workflows. You will scale secure design reviews, vulnerability triage, penetration testing, and incident response for a JavaScript/NodeJS and Kubernetes stack, while partnering with engineering leaders to embed security early in the development lifecycle.
