Security Engineer

As a Security Engineer, you will be instrumental in enhancing the security of complex defense programs by building robust foundations for secure and resilient applications. You will collaborate closely with delivery teams, integrating threat modeling, security architecture, and hands-on engineering to translate security requirements into practical solutions and influence critical design choices.

• Build and improve shared security foundations, tools, and patterns
• Help product and engineering teams design, build, and operate secure applications
• Lead threat-modeling sessions to identify threats and mitigations
• Review application and system designs, providing actionable security guidance
• Develop secure-by-default patterns for identity, data protection, and network controls
• Integrate security checks into development workflows and mentor engineers
