Cybersecurity Engineer

Iterative Health is seeking its first dedicated cybersecurity hire to build and lead the company's security strategy. This role will establish the foundation to protect people, technology, data, and business operations as the company scales. You will own the end-to-end security landscape, including cloud infrastructure, identity management, data protection, and compliance frameworks, working cross-functionally to reduce risk and embed security across the organization.

• Build and mature the company's security program from the ground up
• Own the end-to-end security landscape including AWS, IAM, and data protection
• Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures
• Secure and monitor AWS environments and cloud infrastructure
• Lead incident response for cyberattacks and security events
• Ensure compliance with SOC 2, HIPAA/HITECH, and GDPR requirements
