Senior Security Engineer

As a Senior Security Engineer at Mizuho, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our security infrastructure. You will manage a diverse set of security tools, including Endpoint Detection & Response, Network Security, and SIEM platforms. This role requires you to act as a subject matter expert, lead implementation projects, and manage vendor relationships to ensure robust security for the organization.

• Maintain and support a variety of security tools (EDR, Network Security, SIEM)
• Lead implementation and replacement of enterprise security platforms
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and Technical Contact for security projects
• Manage vendor relationships and troubleshoot security tool issues
• Experience with SIEM (Splunk preferred), firewalls, and SASE platforms
• Scripting/coding ability (Python/PowerShell) for automation
