IT Security Engineering Lead

Littelfuse is seeking an IT Security Engineering Lead to join their IT Security team in Kaunas, Lithuania. This role will be responsible for protecting the company's systems and information by implementing security solutions, developing policies, monitoring compliance, and collaborating with IT and business teams to enhance security practices.

• Lead implementation of security solutions and controls
• Develop, maintain, and improve IT security policies, standards, and procedures
• Monitor compliance with security policies and identify risks
• Define and maintain secure configuration standards for IT systems
• Assess security risks and investigate security issues
• Support security awareness activities
