Security Associate

As a Security Associate at Meijer, you will provide a professional presence to deter theft and ensure safety for team members and customers. You will actively identify and resolve safety concerns, prevent theft by engaging with customers, and respond to alerts to recover merchandise and resolve alarms.

• Deter theft by engaging with customers
• Identify and resolve safety concerns
• Respond to alerts and recover merchandise
• Reduce store disruption using de-escalation techniques
• Document and communicate incidents
• 1-2 years of customer service or asset protection experience
