Lead Engineer - Cloud Security (Cloud Security Platform & CSPM)

Target is seeking a Lead Engineer for their Cloud Security team to be the senior technical owner of their Cloud Security Platform and CSPM capability. This role involves designing, deploying, and evolving security controls across public and private cloud environments, translating security requirements into automated, developer-friendly solutions, and owning the platform's operation and continuous improvement.

• Serve as senior technical lead and hands-on owner of Cloud Security Platform and CSPM
• Own end-to-end engineering, deployment, and operation of CSPM/CNAPP platform
• Operate platform as a production system with clear SLOs and on-call participation
• Own CSPM policy set, including rule tuning and suppression
• Drive continuous reduction of noise and false positives
• Integrate cloud security telemetry into enterprise SIEM/SOAR pipelines
