Sr. Security Software Engineer, Application Security

Pinterest is seeking a Senior Security Software Engineer to enhance the security posture of its platform and protect millions of users. You will develop tooling, product enhancements, and improve the secure development lifecycle by designing and building rules, processes, and platforms, conducting security assessments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to architect scalable and secure solutions.

• Design and build rules, processes, and platform for secure development lifecycle
• Deliver and review well-documented, tested, and operable code
• Architect scalable and secure solutions
• Conduct regular security assessments including design reviews
• Rework existing controls to address AI productivity and threats
• Proficiency in Python and 5+ years of experience in product or application security
